We exist to give the police officers of the City of Columbia, Missouri Police Officers a unified voice, to improve working conditions of our membership, and serve and protect those that serve and protect you.

Mission Statement

"The Columbia Police Officers Association, in accordance with its By-Laws, exists to give the men and
women of the Columbia Police Department a unified voice. This voice will be used in a professional manner
to further the interests of its members, provide meaningful communication with the city of Columbia and
the Columbia Police Department Administrations, and to give its members a venue in which to express
their concerns and opinions on labor related issues.
The C.P.O.A. also exists to provide direct voluntary support for local community activities and
further the relationship between the citizens of Columbia and the police officers that serve them."
